From an early stage in my life, I sought deeper meaning, and through trials, heartbreak, and profound realizations, I discovered that true healing begins from within.

One pivotal moment in my journey was my first experience with a sound bath.

The vibrations of the singing bowls resonated so deeply within me that they unlocked a new level of awareness. This moment led me to embrace sound as a sacred tool for transformation.

Since then, I have immersed myself in the study of crystal and chakra healing, mindfulness practices, and heart-centered leadership, all with the purpose of guiding others toward wholeness.
